Child safety standards
DuskMeet is for adults. This page is our standard against child sexual abuse and exploitation, and how to tell us about a concern.
Our standard
DuskMeet has no tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material, grooming, and any sexual or romantic contact with a person under 18. None of it is allowed anywhere in DuskMeet: not in profiles, photos, messages, posts, communities or events.
Adults only
You must be 18 or over to use DuskMeet. We ask for a date of birth when you create an account, and an account for somebody under 18 cannot be created. That date is never shown to other members. Only your age is.
If an account is found to belong to somebody under 18, it is removed.
How to report a concern
Every profile, message, post and event has a report option. Choose the category that fits. If you think somebody may be under 18, choose They may be under 18. Reports about a possible minor are handled ahead of everything else in the queue.
Whoever you report is never told that it was you, and a report is kept even if the other person deletes the content or their account afterwards.
You can also block anybody at any time. Blocking removes you from each other completely, in both directions.
What happens next
A member of our team reviews the report. Content and accounts that break these standards are removed, and the account is closed.
