Which route to use, and what to expect from each.
Something urgent and dangerous
If you or somebody else is at immediate risk, contact your local emergency services. They can reach you and we cannot.
To get something removed quickly, intimate images shared without consent, a threat, an account you believe belongs to a minor, report it inside the product rather than by email. Reports carry the evidence with them and are seen by the people who can act; email is slower and arrives without context.
Help with your account
support@duskmeet.com: signing in, your profile, photos that will not upload, anything that is not working.
Most of it is answered faster on the help page.
Your data
privacy@duskmeet.com: questions about what we hold, and erasure for an account that has been suspended or closed and therefore cannot do it from inside the product.
If you can sign in, you do not need this address. Downloading and deleting are both controls in your account settings.
A moderation decision
appeals@duskmeet.com: if you believe a warning, restriction, suspension or removal was wrong. Write from the address on the account and say what you think happened.
We will not tell you who reported you. That is not negotiable, and it is what makes reporting safe enough to be worth doing.
A security vulnerability
security@duskmeet.com, with enough detail to reproduce it. What we will and will not do about it is on the security page.
Press and anything else
press@duskmeet.com: for media enquiries, and hello@duskmeet.com: for everything that does not fit anywhere above.
