Almost always, your profile is not visible yet. A profile appears to other people once it has enough on it: a photo, a location, what you are looking for, and enough written that somebody could tell who you are.

Your profile page says which of those is missing, and shows whether you are currently visible or hidden. It is not a percentage for its own sake.

If you are visible and still seeing nobody, it is usually the distance or age range in discovery settings.

That is the product working. There is a set number each evening, and when you reach the end of it you are finished until the next one.

There is no way to buy more, and no video to watch to unlock another. If there were, the short list would stop meaning anything.

JPEG, PNG, WebP and AVIF, up to twelve megabytes. Some phones save in formats that need converting first; opening the image and re-saving it usually resolves it.

SVG is refused, deliberately. It is a document format that can carry script, which makes it the wrong thing to accept as a photo.

Every upload is re-encoded before it is stored, which removes camera details and GPS coordinates. That is also why an upload takes a moment.

Because that is all we hold. Coordinates are rounded to roughly a kilometre before they are stored, and other members see a band rather than a number.

Exact distances read from a few accounts can be combined to work out where somebody lives. The band cannot.

Block them. It is immediate and mutual: they disappear from your discovery and you from theirs, any conversation ends, and they are not told.

Reporting is separate and worth doing as well if a guideline was broken. Your name is never shown to the person you reported, or to the moderator reviewing it.

No. Everything in DuskMeet is free. There are no plans, no locked features and nothing to cancel.

Use the forgotten password link on the sign in page. For your own safety it gives the same response whether or not an account exists on that address, so a stranger cannot use it to find out where you have accounts.

Repeated failed attempts pause sign in for a while. Waiting resolves it; a new password does not shorten it.

You cannot, and that is deliberate. An age-gated service where age can be edited is not age gated. If yours is genuinely wrong, contact us.

Your account settings: download everything we hold first if you want it, then delete. Both happen immediately.
